This is where my therapy background and intuitive healing skills kick in, as we process everything that came through in your Sacred Session, both the guidance you received and the healing that moved through you, so you can fully integrate and implement it into your life.
Your 3 Integration Sessions may be scheduled consecutively over 3 weeks, or spread out over 3 months, depending on how much time you need in between. Together, we'll keep working with what came up. These sessions can also be used to go back into your Internal Library of Light for follow-up questions, do another round of healing, or address other areas of your life.
