THE INVITATION
For the goddess who dimmed her light so much that she forgot
There are so many women walking this plane of existence who don't even know that the light within them is only shining at 5% or 10%
Somewhere along the way, through ancestry, through society, through family, something happened that had that light settle for the minimum
I know because I have lived it too
And I know the way back, because it's been my own path
That light shows up in the smallest, most human places
In finally doing the self-care we always say we'll get to
In speaking our truth instead of walking on eggshells when it matters most
In honoring the whispers of our soul enough to actually follow them
And in refusing to dim ourselves to save someone else's comfort
When we stop dimming and let that light shine as it was always meant to, something moves through us that isn't just personal
One woman with her goddess light fully open can awaken hundreds of other women, simply by being seen
This is the invitation of Sacred Movement
Everybody is at their own level. Everybody moves differently, to whatever your soul is calling you to move
To me, that is sacred. It isn't about getting the steps right or keeping up with anyone else in the room. It's about creating a relationship with your body again, and letting your goddess light fully move through it
My intention for you is simple: move however you feel. Even standing in stillness is still moving, if that's what your body is asking for tonight
I'll be channel dancing throughout, moving as I'm guided, while you tune into your own soul's movement beside me. Individually, and together
THE JOURNEY
What we'll move through together
I. Gentle Movement
We'll open with light stretches, setting the intention to go deeper into the body. We'll invite the mind to quiet, to step to the side, no comments needed for now, so we can drop fully into the heart and start listening to the light that's always been there, waiting to be noticed.
II. Release
Our first piece of music will carry us into releasing density, tension, and the stress we carry unconsciously in our day to day lives. This is where we let go of whatever has had us dim ourselves, so the light underneath has room to breathe again
III. Divine Feminine
Here we move into reawakening the goddess light within you. Your body always knew it was there. We move into the frequency of trust, trust within yourself, your womb, your soul, finally listening to the body because the body always knew. It's in this trust and surrender that we come home to ourselves as women
IV. Freedom
What becomes available from there is remembering the fire within us. The goddess, the divine feminine energy of creation, creation magic, that Shakti fire moving and coursing through your being and all of you. This is your opportunity to remember it was always within you, and never forgotten

The more we allow our goddess light to be felt within our bodies, within our blood, within our souls, it ignites the fire that reminds us of our goddess light within
We begin to embody more of our true soul's nature
We begin to honor the goddess within, and begin to walk as
the goddess we were always meant to be

I know this path of unlocking your own light, because it has been mine too.
I exist to initiate women into the fullness of who they are
I have walked the path of remembering what it truly means to live as a goddess in this lifetime, and I carry the codes, the field, and the sacred channel to guide you home to yours.
My work is not something I learned from a course. It is something I have lived, breathed, and embodied through years of deep personal initiation, sacred practice, and direct connection with the goddess lineages and the higher realms
